1. The subsequent T&C are valid for Soccerratings.info (SRI) and the recipient of the newsletter (user). There are no verbal add ons agreed between SRI and the user. Changes of T&C can only be made by SRI and in writing.
2. SRI will send a newsletter to the user which contains ratings for all football clubs which participate in the leagues currently included in the service.
3. The user will receive newsletters twice a week if games are played in those leagues. Newsletters should arrive Fridays 4 p.m. GMT for all weekend rounds and Tuesdays 4 p.m. for all midweek rounds.
4. SRI will send newsletters at the above mentioned time but is not responsible for technical problems in transmission to the user or general internet routing problems.
5. Ratings will be calculated and sent after the fourth round of each championship for the first time. A calculation is only done when more than half of the scheduled games of a round are or have actually been played. Postponed games are considered after they actually were played.
6. A subscription period starts after SRI receives a fully completed application form from the user. This form must contain all data marked (*).
7. Subscription starts when monies arrive at SRI´s bank account. An earlier start of delivery is possible if the subscriber makes his payment believable.
8. Guarantee: SRI will always email the ratings at least twelve hours in advance of the kick off of the first recommended game (pick). If we fail to do so, delivery will automatically be extended for another round.
9. Delivery is made to only one email address which is provided by the user. SRI is not indebted to alert any user about delivery problems like “over quota” user mailboxes etc. or to investigate for valid email addresses. SRI will store all returned messages for four weeks and forward them on request.
10. Fair use: The newsletter may only be used by the subscriber to whom it is sent and must not be forwarded to third parties. Any publication of ratings, tables, selections or other parts or content of the web page is strictly forbidden without prior special permission. Users who are in proven breach of these rules will be excluded from the service without any title for refunds.
11. For this purpose, SRI is entitled to alter the individual rating of a team by the value “1”. This equals 0,05% of the average rating of 2000 and is irrelevant for assessing a pick. It does though identify the individual user to whom it was sent.
12. T&C stay valid as on the day of the respective payment.
13. Forwarding and publication of ratings and selections are allowed, but the correct web address of the SRI homepage has to be cited at the same time.
14. SRI is entitled to stop forwarding the free newsletter anytime and without giving any reasons for such a decision. There will be no obligation for any alternative service under such circumstances.
15. SRI is entitled to use the subscribers email address - but no other personal data – for mailings of partner companies. Mail addresses will not be forwarded to third parties, only SRI will send emails. There is a limit of two such transmissions per month and mailings will immediately be stopped when the user unsubscribes to SRI.p>
16. Changes of T&C are valid immediately.
17. SRI calculates ratings which mirror the form of football clubs in accordance with the formula used. The result of football games though is also dependend on other determinants such as missing players, home/away strength, motivation, referee decisions or even weather conditions. These determinantes are not considered by the ratings. SRI recommends to limit the money you spend on Toto, price draws, betting, fantasy league competitons etc. to an amount you can easily afford to lose without affecting your living standard, obligations or liabilities. Do not bet when betting is illegal in your country! Watching football games also is interesting when no money is involved or at stake. SRI does not have any kind of influence for which purpose the ratings are used.
18. User validates and confirms that he is observing all laws and regulations of his home and country of residence when using SRI´s banners, links and all other content.
